DESRI seeks an Associate or Associate Director to join the Strategy team, focusing on digital infrastructure strategy and powered land development. The role involves evaluating opportunities at the intersection of power markets, energy infrastructure, and growing electricity demand from digital infrastructure.

You’ll conduct market analysis, identify development opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into origination, development, and investment strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with large datasets.
• Experience in digital infrastructure, energy infrastructure, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to synthesize complex market information into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of digital infrastructure and powered land strategy.
• Identify markets, sites, and opportunities for DESRI’s energy development goals.
• Evaluate opportunities based on power availability, transmission, land, and regulatory factors.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics affecting viability and timing.
• Collaborate with Development, Engineering, Transmission, and Investment teams to advance opportunities.
• Prepare analyses and materials for senior management on markets and opportunities.
