The role involves shaping DESRI’s strategy at the intersection of power markets, energy infrastructure, and growing demand for digital infrastructure. You’ll translate insights into actionable origination, development, and investment strategies, working with multiple DESRI teams to advance

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; 2+ years relevant professional experience for Associate level; more for Associate Director.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; experience with large datasets.
• Experience in digital infrastructure, power/energy infrastructure, real estate or land development, strategy, consulting, investing, or market analysis.
• Ability to synthesize complex market, power, infrastructure and commercial information into clear insights.
• Capacity to evaluate opportunities across power availability, transmission, land, demand, and development risk.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of digital infrastructure and powered land strategy to identify markets, sites, and opportunities.
• Evaluate powered land opportunities based on power access, interconnection, land, and market factors.
• Assess investment opportunities, risks, upside, and value creation.
• Leverage market growth and site characteristics to identify development and commercial opportunities.
• Develop market frameworks and screening tools to prioritize geographies for powered land.
• Analyze transmission, utility, regulatory, and competitive dynamics affecting viability and timing.
• Assist origination and evaluation of new powered land opportunities with site-level analysis.
• Monitor digital infrastructure market activity, pipelines, transactions, and approaches to procurement.
• Support M&A and financial underwriting with market research and strategic perspectives.
