Job summary

You will partner with SPD scientists and modelers to deliver clean data, scalable pipelines, and actionable insights across biologics and vaccines, enabling faster experiments and better decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data engineering or data science within pharma/biotech.
• Experience building data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows for scientific data.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SPD scientists to gather data requirements for modeling.
• Design robust, scalable data pipelines ingesting SPD data.
• Develop analysis-ready datasets for modeling workflows.
• Define data standards and metadata to ensure interoperability.
