Solenis is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Accounts - Food and Beverage to join our Industrial business, supporting the Dairy sector across North America. You’ll drive sales of cleaning and sanitation solutions to national food processing customers and build relationships with senior executives.

This strategic role requires a strong technical background with deep knowledge of food plant operations, plus the ability to engage, influence, and close deals with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in the food or beverage Dairy industry.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of food plant operations.
• Preferred degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or food science.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close deals with executive-level stakeholders.
• Physical ability to navigate food production environments (including stair climbing and occasional lifting under 50 lbs)

The expected compensation range for this position is between $117,510.00 and $172,337.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
