Job Responsibilities

Your Role:

As an Associate Creative Director (Copy), you’ll shape the soul of the work — with words that stick, stories that sell, and ideas that endure.

You’ll be:
️ Crafting big ideas that grow into campaign platforms, brand voices, and culture-shaping moments.
Turning insights into goosebumps with storytelling that actually moves people.
Translating strategy into creative that doesn’t just check boxes — it changes minds.
️ Directing teams across disciplines with clarity, confidence, and that just-right line that pulls it all together.
Collaborating with media, strategy, data nerds, and techies to make ideas smarter, sharper, and impossible to ignore.
Presenting work with the kind of voice that makes clients lean in, nod hard, and say “let’s make it.”
Sweating the details while steering large-scale, integrated productions — from first spark to flawless launch.
Building trust and chemistry with clients and teammates (you play nice, but you’re not afraid to push for better).

Qualifications

What You Bring:
6+ years of agency experience with a focus on brand-building, integrated, and digitally fluent campaigns.
A portfolio that shows range, tone mastery, and the kind of conceptual clarity that makes other writers wish they’d thought of it.
Comfortably leading junior creatives while still rolling up your sleeves and writing when it counts.
A collaborative mindset — you’re a team builder, not simply a solo genius.
Curiosity, candor, and a point of view — all wrapped in respect for the work and the people who make it.

Compensation Range: $105,165- $151,095 semimonthly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
