Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in cost management within construction, with a QS accreditation (RICS or equivalent) and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of cost management experience in construction.
• Subject Matter Expert in Quantity Surveying with RICS or equivalent accreditation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management services on complex projects and programs.
• Interface with client, stakeholders and other consultants at all project stages.
• Perform quantity surveying, cost controls and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reporting on commercial status and project performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost management procedures and templates.
