Competenze

• Degree-level education; advanced degree preferred (MBA, JD, or LLM).
• Experience leading contracting teams in complex international nonprofits.
• Knowledge of nonprofit contracting, governance, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
