Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an Associate Director of Contact Center & CRM Systems responsible for managing Dialpad and Zoho platforms in Arlington, VA. This role involves administering systems, driving automation, and leveraging AI for operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud communications and CRM administration, excellent analytical skills, and will report directly to the CIO. A competitive salary package of $90,000 - $110,000 is offered, alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering a cloud communications platform.
• 2+ years of experience administering a CRM, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Experience building CRM automations and writing SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Dialpad and Zoho platforms.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards for reporting.
• Drive automation and analytics for call data.
