What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze client issues and formulate recommendations to improve their real estate performance
- Develop pro forma financials and perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision
- Contribute to client-facing teams to implement consultative programs under project Engagement Managers
- Support the achievement of revenue goals through effective management of consulting engagements
- Advise clients on business objectives and innovative strategies for competitive advantage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate real estate, or related fields
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Strong client relationship management capabilities
- Solid project management abilities and understanding of real estate finance concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree and/or relevant certifications
- Program implementation experience in a corporate setting
- Current knowledge of corporate enterprise IT infrastructure and tools
- Exposure to Six Sigma approaches and/or business process development
- Persuasive oral presentation and group facilitation skills
