Job summary

Delta Community Supports, Inc. is seeking a leader to manage day programming services, including Community Participation Supports, in Drexel Hill, PA. This role advances the organization’s mission and reports to the Director of Community Living.

You will oversee admissions, licensing compliance, staff supervision, budget adherence, and community engagement efforts to promote inclusion and rights protection for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall plan for the center with the Director of Community Living.
• Review and evaluate prospective Adult Day and Older Adult individuals and manage admissions.
• Ensure compliance with funding/licensing entities and regulations.
• Establish relationships with community groups to support individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure staff coverage and align with budgetary goals.
• Oversee staff training and orientation around inclusion.
• Promote inclusion in integrated community activities.
• Develop volunteer resources for individuals with disabilities.
• Encourage social interaction possibilities for individuals.
• Protect rights of individuals and ensure documentation integrity.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate center employees.
• Maintain policy compliance and conduct internal audits.
• Submit reports to county, state, and executive offices.
• Represent the division to agencies and public.
