Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Manufacturing to lead strategy, governance, and execution of drug product manufacturing across CMOs. You will translate forecasts into executable plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk across a global manufacturing network.

The role partners with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to optimize capacity, resources, and external manufacturing strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 8+ years leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging activities.
• Experience with multiple dosage forms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities at CMOs for commercial drug products.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing schedules based on forecasts and S&OP decisions.
• Verify suitability and validation of processes at CMOs for drug product.
• Provide manufacturing support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GMPs and regulatory guidance.
• Lead due diligence, CMO selection, and manufacturing-network strategy.
