Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Manufacturing to lead manufacturing strategy, governance, and execution across external CMOs. You will drive planning, validation, tech transfer, and risk management to ensure reliable supply of commercial products, partnering with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of pharma manufacturing leadership, with experience across multiple dosage forms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 8+ years of pharma manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience with multiple dosage forms, preferably oral solids.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities at CMOs for commercial products.
- Develop schedules based on forecasts and S&OP decisions; assess capacity and risks.
- Validate and qualify processes at CMOs for drug products.
- Provide manufacturing support and troubleshooting for projects.
- Maintain knowledge of US and EU GMPs and regulatory guidance.
- Lead due diligence, CMO selection, and network manufacturing strategy.
- Author technical reports and assist with regulatory submissions and audits.
- Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
