Job summary

Travere Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Manufacturing to oversee manufacturing strategy, governance, and execution with CMOs. You will translate forecasts into executable plans, manage capacity, and lead risk mitigation across the external network.

In this senior role, you will partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure reliable supply and compliant operations. Domestic and international travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process/Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or related field required. (Equivalent experience may be considered)
• 8+ years leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging shop floor activities including process troubleshooting and optimization required
• Manufacturing experience with multiple dosage forms (oral solids) desired

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing activities at CMOs for commercial drug products to ensure uninterrupted market supply.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing schedules based on forecasts and S&OP decisions; assess capacity, inventory, and supply risks; develop mitigation plans.
• Verify suitability, qualification and validation of processes at CMOs for drug product.
• Provide manufacturing support and troubleshooting for internal and external project teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US and EU GMPs and other regulatory guidance for drug product manufacturing and packaging.
• Represent commercial manufacturing for tech due diligence, CMO selection, qualification, contracting, and strategy.
