Responsibilities

• Integrate security best practices into application design and development, ensuring adherence to the secure development lifecycle
• Create high-quality artifacts such as reference architectures, pattern documents, and whitepapers to promote secure design
• Perform application threat modeling to identify potential security vulnerabilities
• Conduct security assessments, including design reviews and risk evaluations
• Maintain reports on security posture, including metrics and vulnerability statuses
• Develop and update security standards and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of recent experience in security architecture, threat modeling, identity management, cryptography, penetration testing, or cloud security
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of security engineering, network security, authentication protocols, and cryptography
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Azure Cybersecurity Expert are highly desirable
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and industry frameworks (CSA, CIS, NIST, ISO)
• Experience with security assessment tools and integrating security into CI / CD pipelines
