Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director – Clinical Trial Management Business Partnering & Category Strategy to drive category management and sourcing for clinical trial services across Phases 1–4.

You will partner with Clinical Development and stakeholders to translate study needs into practical sourcing strategies, deliver value, and ensure cost, quality and speed objectives. This is a hybrid role in West Chester, PA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, clinical operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting sourcing, category management, supplier governance, or commercial activities for clinical development services, preferably including CROs and FSP/FSO models.
• Working understanding of pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trial execution, clinical outsourcing models, supplier ecosystems, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage cross-functional sourcing projects, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Development and Clinical Operations stakeholders to understand study requirements and outsourcing needs.
• Develop and maintain category strategies and sourcing roadmaps for clinical trial management services.
• Provide category and supplier insights to support business decisions and outsourcing model considerations.
• Lead or support sourcing initiatives including RFx activities, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting support.
• Balance cost, quality, speed, flexibility, and compliance in sourcing recommendations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and sourcing partners.
