What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and applicable regulations
• Serve as the primary contact for the Sponsor regarding operational project-specific issues and deliverables
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and ensure necessary project-specific training is provided
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessments and execution
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years as a project/clinical trial manager within a CRO
• Experience in Phases 1-4; Phases 2-3 preferred
• Strong leadership skills and management of overall project timeline
• Bid defense experience preferred
