Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply activities for the development portfolio.

You will translate clinical plans into integrated global strategies, manage forecasting, packaging, inventory, and distribution, and govern IRT systems across studies from first-in-human through Phase 3. Based in Irvine with a hybrid work environment, you will guide cross-functional teams, optimize costs, and ensure patient access while maintaining

Qualifications

• 12+ years in clinical supply chain or related logistics.
• Experience supporting multiple global clinical studies across early- and late-stage development.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, GCP and global clinical-trial supply requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy and execution across global programs.
• Translate development plans into phase-appropriate supply strategies for demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory.
• Oversee IRT/RTSM systems requirements and vendor management for external partners.
