Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. seeks a senior technical leader to drive in-house clinical applications, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will manage engineers and contractors, shape the clinical solutions roadmap, and balance new development with ongoing support to deliver scalable capabilities. You will guide the design of dashboards, dataflows, and AI deployments, ensuring governance, validation, and production readiness in a regulated pharma context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
9+ years in software/data/AI roles with leadership and solution delivery accountability.
Experience leading technical teams, setting priorities, coaching engineers.
Hands-on AI/ML design including retrieval-augmented generation and deployment considerations.
Strong programming in SAS, R, Python for clinical data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of in-house clinical applications and analytics.
Mentor engineers, set goals, provide feedback, and foster a culture of excellence.
Define clinical solutions roadmap and manage scope, timelines, and risks.
Oversee dashboard, dataflow, and data transformation development for trials insight.
Guide AI solution architecture and agent development in regulated environments.
