Qualifications

• Doctorate or MD/DO with advanced healthcare-related degree.
• Experience in curriculum development and teaching across modalities, including clinical skills and simulation.

Responsibilities

• 50% Curriculum Development: create developmentally-sequenced clinical skills education for medical students in years 1 & 2; align with broader medical student curriculum.
• 10% Program Evaluation & Medical Education Scholarship: engage in program evaluation and scholarly work in medical education.
• 20% Teaching Medical Students: provide instruction on core clinical skills including history-taking, physical exam, clinical reasoning, and patient education.
• 10% Faculty Development and Mentorship: mentor faculty and staff; provide feedback and evaluation.
• 10% Team Leadership and Collaboration: lead multidisciplinary team to deliver clinical skills learning in simulation centers.
