Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Market Development & Professional Relations to advance North America’s clinical market strategy. You will build KOL networks, develop speakers, support clinical marketing, and activate field sales programs.

You will bridge Field Sales with Medical Education, Product Marketing, and Clinical Affairs to translate clinical insights into adoption of priority solutions and 성장 opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in dental/medical/commercial environment; 3+ years with field sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with KOLs, speakers, and professional relations; ability to translate clinical/technical info into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical market development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clinical experts and professional organizations.
• Lead speaker identification, development, and activation strategies.
• Partner with Product Marketing to support product launches and market development.
• Serve as a key connector across Field Sales, Medical Education, and Marketing.
