BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Coordinator Program for Skeletal Conditions on the East Coast. The role leads a field-based team delivering product education and injection training while removing patient access barriers to therapy.

The position requires leadership, strategic agility, project management, and cross-functional collaboration; travel up to 50% and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Achondroplasia patient journey preferred.
• Allied health care professional credentials (RN, NP, PA, RD).
• Varied background in leadership and pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in motivational interviewing/behavior change techniques.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office on PC and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Coordinator team supporting Skeletal Conditions franchise.
• Field travel with Clinical Coordinators to provide coaching and support.
• Successfully recruit, hire, onboard and mentor new employees.
• Influence and gain cooperation from other cross functional partners.
• Lead field-based projects and collaborate on strategic objectives.
• Provide temporary coverage for Clinical Coordinator Territory during vacancies.
