Omnicom is seeking an experienced Analytics Leader to guide cross-functional teams in Healthcare Marketing analytics for HCP and DTC campaigns. You will drive measurement strategy, audience intelligence, and actionable insights that inform optimization and business decisions.
The role requires deep expertise in campaign measurement, omnichannel analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into clear storytelling for client discussions and executive reviews.
Client Analytics Leadership
Develop a deep understanding of the client's commercial strategy, therapeutic areas, competitive landscape, and business objectives across both HCP and DTC initiatives.
Serve as the day-to-day analytics lead supporting client discussions around campaign performance, measurement strategy, and optimization.
Ensure analytics outputs are translated into clear, compelling, and actionable business recommendations.
Present campaign performance reviews, measurement updates, QBRs, POVs, and strategic recommendations to client teams.
Support the development and execution of integrated measurement plans across HCP and DTC campaigns.
Define KPIs aligned to business objectives including: Qualified HCP reach Audience quality Patient engagement NBRx and TRx performance Brand adoption Omnichannel engagement
Ensure campaign measurement aligns with commercial objectives and optimization opportunities.
Partner with Audience Intelligence teams to support: Physician-Level Data (PLD) analysis Audience segmentation HCP targeting Patient journey analytics Audience quality measurement
Help identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and media effectiveness.
Generate actionable insights using campaign performance, audience data, and business outcomes.
Design and support measurement approaches including: Incrementality testing Cross-channel attribution Audience quality analysis Digital optimization Recommend optimization opportunities across media channels, audiences, creative, and investment strategies.
Manage day-to-day analytics workflows across HCP and DTC initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery of recurring and ad hoc analytics requests.
Coordinate analytics deliverables across Business Analytics, Audience Intelligence, Data Science, and Data Management teams.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and analytics delivery.
Partner closely with: Planning Investment Audience Intelligence Data Science Data Management Client Solutions Ensure analytics outputs are integrated into campaign planning, optimization, and commercial decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and coach Analysts and Managers.
Support development of technical, analytical, and client consulting capabilities.
Review analytical outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and business relevance.
Help develop standardized approaches for: Measurement planning Omnichannel reporting Audience analytics Business storytelling Campaign optimization Contribute to healthcare analytics playbooks and agency best practices.
Stay current on developments in: Healthcare marketing Pharmaceutical commercialization Omnichannel engagement Audience Intelligence AI-enabled analytics Marketing Science
Healthcare Marketing Analytics Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients across both HCP and DTC marketing.
Strong understanding of: HCP media ecosystems Patient marketing Omnichannel engagement Commercial healthcare analytics Measurement & Analytics Experience with: Campaign measurement Cross-channel attribution Incrementality testing Marketing Mix Modeling (working knowledge) Audience quality measurement KPI development Media effectiveness measurement Campaign optimization Healthcare Data
Working knowledge of: Physician-Level Data (PLD) Claims data Prescription data (NBRx/TRx) First-party customer data Identity frameworks Data clean rooms Healthcare audience datasets Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and storytelling abilities. Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, or related quantitative discipline. 6–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, healthcare analytics, media analytics, management consulting, or marketing science. Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients preferred. Experience developing campaign measurement strategies across HCP and DTC initiatives. Familiarity with agency-side media planning and execution. Experience with Tableau, SQL, Excel, and modern analytics platforms; familiarity with Snowflake and healthcare data environments is a plus.
USD 120,000 - 140000
