Born Social NYC is seeking an Associate Director who will lead teams to deliver industry-leading work by applying social-first strategy and building strong client relationships. You will guide retainers and project work, collaborating with specialists to ensure high-quality outputs.

You will own senior client relationships, develop impactful account plans, and communicate value through proposals, reporting, and strategic guidance, while supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a client services role in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of social-first delivery across strategy, creative, media.
• Proven ability to retain, develop and grow client accounts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and develop strategy for each account.
• Oversee account planning, pitches, proposals and scoping.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with creative and media teams.
