Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking an Associate Director of Client Initiatives to join the Marketing and Client Development team. The role leads programs to advance client insight, segmentation, and strategic growth initiatives that support business development, strengthen go-to-market efforts, and elevate the client experience.

You will design and manage national programs, establish governance, and create templates and playbooks to bring consistency across regions and firms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing or business development with client initiatives.
• 4+ years in management roles.
• Experience building executive dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong data manipulation and sentiment analysis.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Qualtrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead client listening efforts to surface opportunities.
• Scale up win/loss and market insight programs.
• Translate insights into actionable steps for Business Development and Marketing leadership.
• Design and manage national client initiatives programs.
• Establish governance and repeatable processes across regions and teams.
• Create templates and playbooks for consistent execution.
• Optimize program deployment for central vs local control.
• Monitor impact and refine strategy based on results.
