Job summary

Cooley LLP seeks an Associate Director of Client Initiatives to join the Marketing and Client Development team in Seattle. You will lead client listening, scale market insights, and translate findings into actionable growth strategies across geographies and sectors.

You will design national programs, establish governance, and create templates to drive consistent client insight and account development firm-wide. Strong leadership and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing or business development with client initiatives focus.
• 4+ years in management roles.
• Experience building executive-ready dashboards in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client listening efforts and surface opportunities.
• Scale win/loss and market insight programs.
• Translate insights into actionable steps for BD, Marketing, and leadership.
• Design and manage national programs and account development frameworks.
• Establish governance for cross-firm execution.
• Create templates, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
