Arabella Advisors seeks an Associate Director to join our West Coast client development team. This role partners with senior leaders to drive impact on social issues by pursuing new business opportunities and working across teams to advance the firm’s priorities.

The ideal candidate will engage philanthropic clients early to shape initiatives, with familiarity in fiscal sponsorship and nonprofit operations and a strong interest in the West Coast philanthropic landscape.
