Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking an Associate Director of Civic Engagement to lead the ICEM rollout across clinic sites and guide outreach strategies. You will build partnerships with internal departments, funders, and community organizations, and manage communications and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in civic engagement, outreach, campaigns, voter education, and planning.
• Experience leading a team, coalition building, and facilitation.
• Bilingual abilities and experience with the Latino community are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement AltaMed’s Civic Engagement mission and ICEM across clinic sites.
• Lead the civic engagement team and manage partnerships with internal departments, funders, and community stakeholders.
• Prepare communications, letters, testimonies, and voter education materials.
• Track budgets for grants and identify funding opportunities.
• Represent AltaMed in stakeholder meetings and public speaking events.
