Job summary

Jobtailor in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced onboarding and training leader to oversee new hire programs across onboarding, training, and nesting progression.

You will guide new hires through onboarding, coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Interviewing Team, and Learning & Development, and manage the logistics and expectations for incoming classes to reduce attrition and boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in onboarding/training within a call center or HR environment preferred.
