• Experience leveraging data and insights to drive strategies and solutions.

• Develop and manage a pipeline of initiatives aligning with OBHS strategy.
• Create project plans, processes, and workflows for program development and implementation.
• Integrate BH policies and processes into daily practice to maximize value for members.
• Engage stakeholders and collect information relevant to customer needs and system capabilities.
• Analyze data and report on metrics to support program cost and outcome evaluations.
• Partner with growth teams to articulate program goals and benefits for accounts.
• Build relationships across national and local teams and communicate risks to partners.
