Job summary

Fernbrook Family Center is seeking an Associate Director to provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned programs. The role bridges program operations with agency systems, supervising staff, maintaining compliance, and supporting program development to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record
• Must pass a criminal background check based on agency and Department of Human Services requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative oversight for assigned program(s).
• Supervise and support clinical and program staff, ensuring professional development, effective service delivery, and adherence to agency policies.
• Ensure all staff within assigned programs receive the appropriate level of clinical supervision and coordinate with the Director of Clinical Training as needed.
• Maintain program compliance with licensing, contractual, and documentation standards.
• Support program efficiency, including staff scheduling, productivity tracking, and managing client lists.
• Serve as a liaison between assigned programs and community partners (e.g., schools, counties, and referring agencies).
• Maintain relationships with county and community partners to ensure grant/contract compliance.
