Penn State Health - Hershey Medical Center is seeking an Associate Director Behavioral Health to oversee practice sites administration, coordinating with Medical Group and Physician Leadership to align operations with clinical goals.
The role provides daily operational oversight across clinical offices, support services, and patient care areas, with responsibility for capital, human and material resources and for ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality care for the community.

Responsible to work with Medical Group and Physician Leadership to provide direction for clinical and community missions. Provides daily operational oversight in all areas of assigned responsibility to include clinical offices, clinical support services, and patient care areas and where appropriate. Manages capital, human and material resources. Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations. Works with the Administrative Director and Practice Site Managers to identify and coordinate new and existing service opportunities within the (Penn State Hershey Medical Group) PSHMG. Utilizes pertinent information and data in the development of policies, procedures and training to enhance service, quality and cost.
