Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Intake Specialist to handle walk-in requests, patient surveys, compliments and grievances, with the goal of a positive patient experience. The role supports frontline caregivers and coordinates intake tasks.
You will oversee service recovery card distribution and tracking for hospital and outpatient clinics, and assist with patient/family meetings.
