Job summary

Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Intake Specialist to handle walk-in requests, patient surveys, compliments and grievances, with the goal of a positive patient experience. The role supports frontline caregivers and coordinates intake tasks.

You will oversee service recovery card distribution and tracking for hospital and outpatient clinics, and assist with patient/family meetings.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post high school education or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years of related experience required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
  • Preferred Microsoft Proficiency Level: Word: Intermediate; Excel: Basic; PowerPoint: Intermediate. Customer service skills.
