Job summary

Odyssey is seeking an Associate Director to lead a portfolio of programs within the Aviation Business Unit at Hill AFB, UT. You will manage Program Managers, Task Leads, and staff, ensuring execution, customer satisfaction, and profitable performance in alignment with government and company objectives.

This role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, subcontractor management, and collaboration with Business Development to grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Secret-level clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Years of Experience: 10 years of comparable experience within the mission support at Hill AFB, UT and Eglin AFB, FL with a focus on the aviation mission set.
• Certifications: N/A

Responsibilities

• Identify task requirements, interdependencies, and key resources for project success.
• Set goals, benchmarks, and objectives with progress milestones to measure success.
• Supervise Program Managers and Task Leads to achieve milestones.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and engagements when required.
• Continuously measure task performance, reporting progress, risks, issues, problems, and variances from benchmarks.
• Ensure team performance consistently meets or exceeds established customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Develop and foster solid customer relationships and maintain healthy management relationships.
• Regularly meet with the CORs and provide status on contract, schedule, and have semiannual or bi-monthly meetings with division leadership.
