Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd seeks an experienced Associate Director of Program Management to drive cross-functional North America projects, translating brand strategy into field execution and ensuring disciplined delivery of timelines and budgets.

You will lead AI-enabled programs across Medical Affairs, Marketing and Commercial teams, partnering with regional leaders to accelerate growth, optimize digital initiatives, and embed within strategic initiatives while maintaining rigorous governance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory environment with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional planning initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and AI-enabled projects in regulated settings.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project or SmartSheets, plus Asana or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional NA projects with clear plans, milestones, and accountability.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, track interdependencies, surface risks with solutions.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs to align projects with goals.
• Embed within key strategic initiatives, supporting brand leaders and workstreams.
• Champion AI enablement to improve productivity, decision-making, and engagement.
• Support digital initiatives including omnichannel strategies and promotional tech.
• Monitor schedules toward milestones, assess critical paths, and report risks.
• Prepare and harmonize processes for project teams and manage governance.
• Lead meeting management and document decisions, issues, and actions.
• Foster continuous improvement in project management.
