Moody's is seeking an Associate Director of Technical Product Management in New York to lead AI-enabled product workstreams and shape enterprise-ready platform services. You will write engineering-ready specs, coordinate across teams, and guide AI workflows from design to production.

The role emphasizes API design, data provenance, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and data science to deliver scalable, trusted AI capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years in product management with leadership in technical/data-intensive/platform products.
• Experience turning AI/data-driven products from ambiguity to production.
• Fluency writing technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and lightweight designs.
• Strong API sensibility for reusable services and modern integration surfaces.
• Proven ability to run several workstreams in parallel while keeping engineering unblocked.
• Excellent written communication for crisp requirements and executive-ready updates.
• Insurance/reinsurance or related regulated-data domain preferred.
• Proficiency with AI concepts and hands-on AI tools to streamline workflows and ensure responsible AI use.

• Owns product direction for multiple concurrent workstreams, translating strategy into sequenced, outcome-oriented plans.
• Writes engineering-ready specifications, acceptance criteria, and lightweight designs with minimal supervision.
• Sequences dependencies across parallel tracks and clears blockers so engineering remains unblocked.
• Partners with engineering, design, and data science to shape AI workflows (LLM extraction, validation, confidence scoring, data provenance).
• Defines how capabilities are surfaced to clients via APIs, agent interfaces, and experiences.
• Collaborates across platform, data, and interface teams to ensure clean integration with standards.
• Engages with clients, runs demonstrations, gathers feedback, and shapes partnerships around real-world complexity.
• Defines tests, rules, and data-quality checks to guard against scope creep and coverage gaps.
