SupportFinity™ is searching for an experienced design professional to build, scale, and govern an AI design system for their innovative tools. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure system consistency and usability.

This position requires a deep understanding of design systems and AI capabilities, with a focus on enhancing user experiences. The role also includes mentoring fellow designers and partnering with product and engineering teams to align efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a product or experience designer (hybrid UX/UI).
• Strong experience contributing to platforms, products, or design systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, features, or capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Help define and evolve system-level patterns, components, and guidelines for AI interactions.
• Play a central role within a multidisciplinary design team.
• Develop shared interaction models for generative and assistive capabilities.
