RTX, including Collins Aerospace, seeks an Associate Director of Aftermarket Demand Planning and Provisioning in Chula Vista, CA. You will lead a team of demand planners, set strategies for fill rates and inventory, and drive continuous improvement across SIOP and provisioning processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, collaboration with operations and supply chain teams, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Onsite work in California with relocation support offered.

Qualificações

• University degree required; minimum 12 years experience or advanced degree with 10+ years experience.
• Experience in inventory/demand planning and aerospace operations/supply chain preferred.
• Experience with SAP APO and/or SAP IBP; familiarity with SIOP processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of demand planners to manage spare parts demand and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Develop strategies to hit target fill rates, on-time delivery, and inventory goals.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans.
• Oversee statistical forecasting, forecast accuracy measurement, and market intelligence use.
• Manage delivery assurance, shortages, and escalation with customer-facing teams.
• Lead SIOP processes including inventory projections and RSPL provisioning.
