Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a higher education environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives aligned with the University Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with university constituents and manage project plans to achieve regulatory outcomes.
• Complete annual compliance activities to accomplish strategic priorities.
• Audit programs and locations for readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate advisory board meetings; document minutes and action items.
• Provide training on state, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage regulatory reporting and submissions with faculty and leaders.
• Support regulatory visits and readiness across locations.
