Job summary

Herzing University seeks an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to provide central support to location and program leaders, promoting regulatory readiness and strategic compliance initiatives. You will manage projects, ensure regulatory readiness, and guide processes across campuses.

The role requires a track record in higher education compliance, collaboration with AVP leadership, and the ability to coordinate regulatory submissions and training while supporting growth and accreditation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum 5 years in a higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic compliance initiatives aligning with the University Strategic Plan.
• Collaborate with university constituents, maintain project plans and timelines to obtain desired outcomes with regulatory initiatives.
• Complete annual compliance activities to accomplish strategic priorities.
• Audit programs and locations to ensure readiness and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with location and program leadership for advisory board meetings and documentation.
• Provide training on regulatory standards and maintain institutional knowledge.
