You will partner with senior clients and delivery teams across divisions to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track, while mentoring colleagues and shaping strategic priorities. This role offers exposure to high-impact projects in a Business Services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• Experience applying a broad consulting toolkit across industries and functions.
• Strong project management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $270,000 annually
