Job summary

PLUS Communications, based in Arlington, VA, is seeking a creative Associate for its fast-growing digital practice. You will help campaigns deploy emails, texts, and P2P messages, create reports, and build website pages and forms in a hybrid in-office/remote setup.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, self-motivation, and experience with marketing emails, data analysis, and digital content. Arlington, VA residency is required; WordPress, HubSpot or Salesforce are a plus.

PLUS Communications is seeking a creative and hard-working Associate to join our fast-growing digital practice to help top-tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day.

Your day in this position may include:

• Set up and deploy compelling political and public affairs emails, text messages and P2P messages


• Create and analyze reports for email, text messages and P2P messages


• Set up links and tracking details


• Create website pages and forms


• Build out workflows for various marketing channels


• Assist in developing fundraising package concepts


• Prepare and review fundraising packages for client approval and deployment


• Assist in decision-making based on reporting for fundraising packages


• Data selection and management for fundraising programs

This job may be for you, if you have:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule that includes both in-office and remote work. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is eligible for overtime pay.

The budgeted salary is $55,000 and there is an opportunity for a year-end bonus. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. We also offer a paid parental leave program, paid vacation and paid sick leave. In addition, we have a work from home hybrid environment.
