Job summary

PLUS Communications, based in Arlington, Virginia, is seeking a creative Associate to join our fast-growing digital practice. You will help campaigns and organizations win by crafting and deploying email, text, and P2P messages, and by building cross-channel marketing workflows.

You will analyze results, create reports, and support fundraising package development and deployment while coordinating with client teams. A hybrid in-office/remote schedule is offered.

PLUS Communications is seeking a creative and hard-working Associate to join our fast-growing digital practice to help top-tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day.

Your day in this position may include:

• Set up and deploy compelling political and public affairs emails, text messages and P2P messages

This job may be for you, if you have:

• Strong attention to detail
• Drive and the experience as a self-starter
• Previous work experience sending or deploying marketing emails
• Reporting, Excel or data analysis experience
• A proven track record drafting creative and effective content for digital channels
• Ability to work in Arlington, Virginia
• Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress is a plus
• Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus

Benefits

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule that includes both in-office and remote work. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is eligible for overtime pay.

The budgeted salary is $55,000 and there is an opportunity for a year-end bonus. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. We also offer a paid parental leave program, paid vacation and paid sick leave. In addition, we have a work from home hybrid environment.
