Job summary

Unispace is seeking an Associate Designer for our US Design team in the Southern Region. You will develop design pitches, lead workplace projects, and grow key client relationships, working with Sales, Strategy, Preconstruction, and Delivery teams to win work and steer projects to completion.

You will mentor designers, oversee design quality, and contribute to studio development while embracing Unispace methodologies across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex commercial interior design projects.
• Strong client management and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to guide project teams and collaborate across cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through delivery for high-profile workplace projects.
• Manage client relationships, requirements, and long-term partnerships.
• Develop winning design narratives in collaboration with Sales and Preconstruction.
• Mentor Designers and Senior Designers, upholding quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive project success.
