Job summary

Unispace in the US Design team is seeking an Associate Designer to join our Southern Region as we grow through the second half of 2026. You will develop design pitches, lead commercial workplace projects, and grow key client relationships.

You will work with Sales, Strategy, Preconstruction, and Delivery teams to win work and guide projects to completion. You will transform workspaces and elevate iconic spaces in the Office Interiors market, contributing to an inclusive, high-performing studio

Qualifications

Proven experience leading end-to-end commercial interior design projects.
Ability to craft persuasive pitches and RFP materials.
Strong understanding of project financials, codes, and market trends in the US.

Responsibilities

Design Development & Oversight: lead high-profile workplace design projects from inception through delivery, ensuring technical excellence and client alignment.
Client Management & Advocacy: manage senior stakeholder relationships and long-term partnerships.
Business Development & Pitching: partner with Sales to lead RFP responses and craft winning design narratives.
Team Guidance & Mentorship: mentor Designers and Senior Designers across drawing sets and presentation standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with internal teams and external consultants across project lifecycles.
Studio & Practice Development: drive design best practices, sustainability, and technology adoption.
Risk & Quality Management: mitigate design and commercial risks with leadership.
