We are looking for an Associate Designer with a strong passion for design and social storytelling. Ideally, you are someone with some experience in the field, but willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will be exposed to many different types of projects, ranging from brand to social across many different mediums.

This role is for a beauty / pharmaceutical brand, so direct industry experience is preferred.

Role + Responsibilities:

Think creatively within pharma guidelines
Extreme attention to detail
Help create and produce daily content for brands
Assist with the creation of online visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms
Develop branding and visual standards for social and digital campaigns
Work under Senior Designers and Art Directors to solve an array of visual and marketing problems
Create design boards, illustrations, and much more to identify how to extend the visual language for any given project
Work with the team on building out client-facing presentations

Requirements

1-2 year(s) of client experience in a creative and/or digital agency
Understands technical design aspects of Figma and Google Slides
Keen design sense: understanding of typography, color theory, illustration and current design trends/industry standards
A portfolio that showcases a variety of work
Familiarity with the regulatory review process for pharmaceutical and beauty products is a plus
Great communication skills
Ability to speak to / present your work
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
An insatiable appetite for design and a willingness to learn new skills

Benefits

The salary band for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.
