Job summary

You will develop concepts and sketches for the product line, present to leadership, and collaborate with Merchandising, Production, and GIS to enable seamless execution. The role requires clear communication and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.
• Strong sense of style, aesthetic, and color; translate trends to customers and brand.
• Thorough knowledge of silhouette, fit, fabrication, construction, color use, and trim.

Responsibilities

• Research global markets to identify seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, and inspiration.
• Develop concepts and sketches for product line and advocate design ideas to leadership and partners.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Merchandising, Production, GIS, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with Production and Tech Design to create tech packs and communicate vision behind fit and design, ensuring quality and margins.
• Communicate difficult concepts in a simple, clear manner.
• Participate in projects and assignments of diverse scope.
• Maintain sketch callouts and specifications (trims, wash) and ensure updates are kept current.
