Job summary
BCI Brands is seeking an Associate Designer to join our Design team. You will support the Head of Design and Designer from concept through final production, contributing to trend research, board creation, and seasonal presentations.
The role requires strong technical design skills in flat sketches, fabric development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of fashion design experience required.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary fashion, trends, and commercial product development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Procreate a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Head of Design and Designer through seasonal design and development from concept to final production.
- Research trends in fashion, color, fabric, print, and silhouette to inform boards and presentations.
- Assist with fast-turn and chase development, balancing new opportunities with current timelines.
- Update and reinterpret reorder and carryover bodies with fresh design ideas and details.
