42North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to provide comprehensive patient care from exam to delivery of treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will participate in a fast-paced environment with strong patient relationships. The Dentist is responsible for the entire clinical patient experience, with daily hours 8AM-5PM and a compensation structure that includes a daily guarantee or a percentage of

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
