42North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to manage the full patient experience—from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree required and licensed to practice dentistry in the state.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation required.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
