42 North Dental in Rochester, NH seeks a Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base. You will manage the full clinical patient experience, from initial exam to care delivery, supported by in-office specialists and a collaborative network.

The role offers earnings based on collections (up to 36%), bonus opportunities, and strong upside tied to performance, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education and professional development.
